Requirements
- Applicant must be able work in adverse weather conditions, be able to lift at least 50 lbs., CDL’s preferred, be able to operate equipment, use hand tools, and run a chainsaw.
- All Fannin County Employees must be universal in their job. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to perform various jobs as needed or directed by the supervisor.
- Candidate must be able to be called out for emergencies such as snowfall, flooding, downed trees, etc. and must be knowledgeable in a variety of semiskilled and skilled maintenance task.
- Safety procedures and practices are required, as well as wearing safety equipment.
Employment is contingent on passing a mandatory Medical Physical/Drug Screen/Credit Check/Polygraph Test/Background Investigation/Psychological Examination and MVR. Resumes may be attached, but a resume without a completed application will not be considered.
