Commission District 2 from November 04, 2025, Special Election. Beginning at 9:30
a.m. November 14, 2025, in the office of Fannin County Voter Registration &

May 19, 2026, General Primary Election/Nonpartisan General Election

The General Primary/Nonpartisan
General Election will be May 19, 2026. To be eligible to vote in this election, you must be registered to vote by April 20, 2026.

 

Advanced Voting will be held on the following dates and location:

April 27—–May 2, 2026 

May 4—— May 9, 2026

May 11—- May 15, 2026

9:00 a.m.—– 5:00 p.m.

The ballot Dropbox will be available each day during Advanced Voting. The Dropbox will be located in the lobby of the Voter Registration & Elections office,

Absentee Ballots by Mail:

Absentee ballot applications are
being accepted March 2, 2026, until May 8, 2026.

Applications can be dropped off at
the Election Office, emailed to elections@fannincountyga.org,
faxed to 706-258-5164 or mailed to Voter Registration & Elections, 400 West
Main St. Suite 301, Blue Ridge, Ga. 30513.

Absentee ballots will begin going
in the mail on April 20, 2026, and the last mailout will be May 8, 2026.

Sample ballots are available on My
Voter Page at mvp.sos.ga.gov or in the Election office.

ALL Precincts will be open
on Election Day May 19, 2026, 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Open Records Request for Board of Elections

I understand that, pursuant to O.C.G.A § 50-18-71, I may be charged administrative and copying fees for the cost to search, retrieve, copy and supervise access to the requested documents.

The fee represents the hourly rate of the lowest paid full-time employee with the necessary skill and training to respond to my request, with no charge for the first fifteen minutes that it takes to respond to the request.

The charge for copies is generally $ 0.10 cents per page unless otherwise provided by law.

I agree to pay all copying and/or administrative costs incurred with fulfilling my open records request.
