Part-Time & Full-Time Job Description Duties
- Responds to fire alarms, other emergency calls, and major incidents when notified while on duty.
- Operates Fire apparatus Perform equipment preventive maintenance and other such duties as assigned to the position.
- Follow chain of command for all day-to-day functions in accordance with department SOP/SOGs.
- Complete reports for all assigned emergency and non-emergency calls in accordance with department SOP/SOGs.
Part-Time & Full-Time Required Education / Experience
- Possess a high school diploma or GED from an accredited agency.
- Be trained to the level of State Certified Firefighter at the NPQ-1 level.
- National Registry EMT-B or ability to obtain within one year after employment.
- Possess a Class F license or ability to obtain within one year after employment.
- Minimum age: 18
- Experience in the fire service is encouraged.
Full-Time Pay & Benefits
- $45,982.50 Base pay
- Pay based on qualifications
